For wholesale buyers

For wholesale prices just contact us at info@diamoda.ru or phone +7(499) 343-03-23.

Minimum sum for wholesale buyers is from 30, 000 rubles.

The shipping costs for wholesale buyers to Moscow or to your transport company is 1,000 rubles, while if the amount of the order is 50,000, the service is free.

If necessary, we attach logos or names of schools.

After the formation of the order, our manager will contact you to confirm your order and clarify all the details of your order shipment.

When working on the pre-order system, you form and send us an order then our manager will contact you. After the confirmation of the order, you have to make an advance payment equal 50% of the order amount. You have to deposit remaining amount after receiving the notice of shipment

For retail buyers

Dear customers!

After securing your order online, the store manager will contact you to confirm your order and clarify the delivery time.

We process the orders 5 days a week from 10 to 18 pm.

We deliver orders differently:

1). Using the courier service to the door, (the area of the service is limited)

Our courier service delivers goods only in Moscow and the Moscow oblast within 5 working days excluding the day of checkout

After the sales manager has confirmed the status, configuration, location and date of delivery of the order.
After the pre-appointment call of the courier for the delivery time approval.
The expected time for your fitting of garments is no more than 15 minutes.
The waiting time for the meeting of the courier with the customer is no more than 15 minutes.

Upon securing the order to the addresses in the city of Moscow and Moscow area, there is a service of fitting the ordered goods. If you are not sure about the size, you can order a few garments of different sizes and choose the suitable one for you. In the event that there is no garment to fit you, you pay only for the courier delivery.

The courier fulfills the shipping next or in the following days after order confirmation and delivery time clarification.

2) The Russian Post

The shipping costs depend on the shipping address.

We send mail order by The Russian Post on the next business day after confirming the order.

FSUE Russian Post performs the parcel delivery through the entire territory of Russia to the specified post office.

On average, the delivery time is four (4) weeks. Delivery time increased in cases stipulated by the rules of the operation of FSUE Russian Post.

The fact of placing an order constitutes your agreement to enter into a contract offer in accordance with these terms and conditions of the order.

Please note that if you pay via banks or The Post of Russia, the timing of your order processing may be increased. We form the orders only after the confirmation of payment accounting.

We ask you to fill out forms for the payment correctly and without errors in order to avoid delays in receipt of funds.

Purchase returns

You can return the ordered goods of corresponding quality within 8 days from the date of its receipt.

To make the return you need a passport, a check, and goods in the original packaging.

When you receive the goods of improper quality, the buyer is entitled to demand the replacement of defective goods. The Seller satisfies the demands of the Buyer within a month from the date of the written complaint via e-mail info@diamoda.ru.

The ways of returning the items:

The buyer sends a return parcel with a declared value, without COD. Parcels sent COD are non-returnable. It is necessary to enclose a completed application for a refund into the parcel. Download the application form for the return.

If the goods arrive damaged, the refund will not be carried out and the buyer should make a claim to a courier company, which damaged goods while shipping.
